We had to cap off our snow day with a big mug of hot chocolate! This was Braden's first and he loved it, especially the marshmallows of course!

Christmas Elf
The Christmas Elf visits the kids in my family on Christmas Eve delivering pajamas and sometimes a special Christmas book. This year he delivered the gifts straight to Braden's bedroom (an easy way for Mommy and Daddy to sneak them in). Braden loved it! But.....kept asking if the Elf was going to come into his room again that night at bedtime. I think he was a little scared of an unexpected visitor. Ooops! Maybe he'll make his delivery to the front porch next year!

Dan's brother and his wife, Chris and Sarah, adopted a little girl, Adanech, from Ethiopia and were able to bring home just before the holidays. She is adorable!
Noah and Sean were so excited to see their little sister! She received lots of kisses when she arrived.
